Eligibility:
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.
- Final Sale items (including clearance and deeply discounted products) are non-returnable.

- Refunds are sent back to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
- Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
How to Start a Return:
- Email us at returns@studio613.net within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
- We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address.
- Pack your item securely and ship it back. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
- Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit within 3–5 business days.
