  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.
  • Final Sale items (including clearance and deeply discounted products) are non-returnable.

  • Refunds are sent back to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
  • Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected.

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Email us at returns@studio613.net within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and ship it back. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
  4. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit within 3–5 business days.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging.
  • Final Sale items cannot be returned.
